The Courses offered by National Institute of Industrial Training and Development (NIITD) are its own autonomous programs in Management, Computer, Engineering, Finance, Hotel Management , Pharmaceutical and other Industrial Courses (Non – Professional and General Technical Course without equipments) and does not teach any Foreign Institute’s Courses.

The Certificates issued by NIITD are recognition of excellence of the candidate who completes the course & not be considered as degree/diploma.

National Institute of Industrial Training and Development (NIITD) certificate courses do not come under the purview of AICTE, UGC, DEC, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER STATE ACTS.

The NIITD reserve the right to add/delete/change/ amend the course content, structure, rules and regulations and all other processes without any prior notice. The students are advised to go through the website frequently where all important information will be updated time to time and considered adequate

Under no circumstances will this Department be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

Legal Status

•The National Institute of Industrial Training and Development (NIITD) is a Private, Non-governmental Autonomous Institute and its Recognized Registered Body under Societies Registration [S.R] Act 1973 of XLIV Government of Madhya Pradesh.

• Under Human Rights Protection Act ,1993 autonomous bodies have been given special protection & consideration.( For further details refer: AIR 1993 SC-2178.

• According to Govt. of India, National Educational policy, 1986, National Institute of Industrial Training and Development(NIITD) is one of the best Education Society for Spreading India.

• According to J.P Unnikrishnan v/s Andhra Pradesh AIR 1993, Supreme Court 2178, Voluntary Institutions have right to spread education & issue Certificates for Degree and Diploma

Note:-There will be no written entrance test for admission. If a candidate take for admission to a certificate program fails to join the program or abandons the program midway after paying fee, his/her fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
